Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping will be via regular Australia Post and only domestically within Australia. Sole Searching is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products during transit.
Pick up from Sole Searching is also available.
Regular shipping costs are $10. Items will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. Sole Searching is not responsible for delivery times once the shipment has been placed with the carrier.
Sole Searching is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses if you provide incorrect information.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Due to the personal nature of these items, returns are not accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items that are damaged in transit are not considered faulty. Always do a Patch Test with any new product you are using.
If your refund is accepted, your funds will be returned via the same method they were received within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
